Elysian Publishers encourages basic and applied papers that describe well-developed, finished, and original research that outlines approaches to, and shed light on, artificial intelligence (AI) and the development of AI systems. Reviewers and editors ultimately decide if an article is mature, complete, and novel on an individual basis. In general, a paper should have a strong justification, clarify the manner in which the research is relevant to AI, explain what’s novel and distinctive, foresee the work’s significance for science, include all relevant evidence, including experimental results, and explain how they correspond to the body of literature in detail. A requirement for a study to be considered novel is that the findings it offers were not previously reported before, either by the same authors or by any other author, in any archive journal. Particularly, a prior conference publication by the same authors does not eliminate a submission because it is novel.
